David founded Crimmins Residential Staffing in order to bring a heightened level of caring and understanding to the matching process and personal attention to the residential placement field.
As Manager in the Greenwich, CT and New York City offices of one of the largest and most well respected Domestic Staffing Agencies for 10 years, David developed a unique expertise in matching clients with candidates. His approach to the matching process was so thorough and personalized, he achieved a 75% success rate for placements lasting three years or longer.
Previously, David was a Manager with Onward Healthcare placing registered nurses. He also served in ministry to high school and middle school kids as an Area Director for Young Life in Greenwich, CT.
David is a graduate of The Hill School and Hobart and William Smith Colleges, and also attended Fuller Theological Seminary. He lives in Greenwich with his wife Beth, their three children and dog, Ruby.
