Crimmins Residential Staffing conducts a detailed vetting process for all candidates. The candidates represented by our Agency must have long-term professional experience, including substantial in-home experience and strong references in their related field. They must also have authorization to work legally in the United States.
We meet each candidate to best understand their history, skill sets and future aspirations. Crimmins Residential Staffing then calls all references and runs a state-of-the-art background check. This screening process includes both Federal and County criminal searches, SSN traces and, where appropriate, driving record checks. At a client’s request, we can also arrange drug testing and credit checks.
Crimmins Residential Staffing offers a traditional contingent search. Clients only pay after choosing a candidate and an initial trial period has been completed. Once the trial period has ended and the employee begins work, the client has two months to ascertain full satisfaction. The placement is covered by our satisfaction guarantee. If not pleased with the match, Crimmins Residential Staffing will gladly and expeditiously find a replacement.
