David founded Crimmins Residential Staffing in order to bring a heightened level of caring and understanding to the matching process and personal attention to the residential placement field.

As Manager in the Greenwich, CT and New York City offices of one of the largest and most well respected Domestic Staffing Agencies for 10 years, David developed a unique expertise in matching clients with candidates. His approach to the matching process was so thorough and personalized, he achieved a 75% success rate for placements lasting three years or longer.

Previously, David was a Manager with Onward Healthcare placing registered nurses. He also served in ministry to high school and middle school kids as an Area Director for Young Life in Greenwich, CT.

David is a graduate of The Hill School and Hobart and William Smith Colleges, and also attended Fuller Theological Seminary. He lives in Greenwich with his wife Beth, their three children and dog, Ruby and Nacho.

Tom is a seasoned marketing professional with more than 20 years of experience managing client relationships across a spectrum of categories such as technology, healthcare, consumer packaged goods, electronics, energy and communications.

He’s overseen multi-year relationships with a number of blue-chip companies including AT&T, Coca-Cola, IBM, Kraft General Foods, LG and GlaxoSmithKline.

Tom brings excellent day-to-day leadership skills and a reputation for providing exceptional client service to his role at Crimmins Residential Staffing. After graduating from The Hill School, Tom received his BA from Trinity College. He lives in Wilton, CT with his wife Laurie, their two children and dog, Seaver.

Estate management has been a life-long pursuit for Kevin. He first served as a Personal Administrator and Aide in the British Royal Air Force and subsequently as a respected Estate Manager. Such inside knowledge provides a unique perspective to clients and candidates alike.

Now on this side of the pond, Kevin brings his quick British wit, demeanor and professionalism to Crimmins Residential Staffing recruiting and matching long-term placements as well as building strong relationships.

Kevin is a member of Mensa and the Domestic Estate Managers Association and enjoys travel, healthy food and fine wines. He manages the Crimmins Residential Staffing office in Florida where he lives with his Danish wife Bodil and his golden retriever, Zigger.

Dana joins Crimmins Residential Staffing after more than fifteen years of experience in client services. She most recently ran an exclusive boutique household management agency serving select clients in New York City and Brooklyn. Through her unparalleled resourcefulness, patience, and skill she develops client relationships based on trust, resulting in the ability to make it all happen more effectively and efficiently.

Dana brings to Crimmins Residential Staffing a broad and deep knowledge of all things family and child related; offering a unique perspective having been both an employer and employee in the family services arena. She herself as a nanny to three children in her teens and has hired for her own family nannies and caregivers. Her unmatched perspective and recruitment style results in solidly successful placements for both a candidate and client.

Dana is a longtime Brooklynite and parent, looking to take the leap into pet ownership as soon as the right Boston Terrier comes along.
