Founder, Managing Partner

David founded Crimmins Residential Staffing in order to bring a heightened level of caring and understanding to the matching process and personal attention to the residential placement field.

As Manager in the Greenwich, CT and New York City offices of one of the largest and most well respected Domestic Staffing Agencies for 10 years, David developed a unique expertise in matching clients with candidates. His approach to the matching process was so thorough and personalized, he achieved a 75% success rate for placements lasting three years or longer.

Previously, David was a Manager with Onward Healthcare placing registered nurses. He also served in ministry to high school and middle school kids as an Area Director for Young Life in Greenwich, CT.

David is a graduate of The Hill School and Hobart and William Smith Colleges, and also attended Fuller Theological Seminary. He lives in Greenwich with his wife, Beth, their three children, dog Nacho and their newest addition, rescue dog Winnie!

Tom Crimmins

Tom is a seasoned marketing professional with more than 30 years of experience managing client relationships across a spectrum of categories such as technology, healthcare, consumer packaged goods, electronics, energy and communications.

He’s overseen multi-year relationships with a number of blue-chip companies including AT&T, Coca-Cola, IBM, Kraft General Foods, LG and GlaxoSmithKline.

Tom brings excellent day-to-day leadership skills and a reputation for providing exceptional client service to his role at Crimmins Residential Staffing. After graduating from The Hill School, Tom received his BA from Trinity College. He lives in Wilton, CT with his wife, Laurie, and their two children.

Estate management has been a lifelong pursuit for Kevin. He first served as a Personal Administrator and Aide in the British Royal Air Force and subsequently as a respected Estate Manager. Such inside knowledge provides a unique perspective to clients and candidates alike.

Now on this side of the pond, Kevin brings his quick British wit, demeanor and professionalism to Crimmins Residential Staffing recruiting and matching long-term placements as well as building strong relationships.

Kevin is a member of Mensa and the Domestic Estate Managers Association and enjoys travel, healthy food and fine wines. He manages the Crimmins Residential Staffing office in Florida where he lives with his Danish wife, Bodil, and his golden retriever, Zigger.

Maribeth has taken a new branch of Crimmins Staffing to the Hamptons. She is very excited to take on the role of director for Meadow Lane Private Staffing, an elite staffing company that focuses on staffing homes in the Hamptons.

Maribeth brings a warm and savvy to her role connecting clients and candidates in the Hamptons. With twenty years of experience managing the homes and estates of multiple high-profile clients, she has a first-hand understanding of the unique needs and standards of fine homes.

From assessing staffing needs for newly built or expanding estates to finding talented, experienced candidates for existing homes, Maribeth has an instinct for making perfect matches that lead to happy households.

She lives with her husband, Tom, and their dog, Daisy, in Southampton.

Ashley Shilleh

Office Administrator

Ashley Shilleh is currently the Office Administrator at Crimmins Residential Staffing. A proud graduate of Colgate University, Ashley was inspired to pursue a career in recruiting after working in hospitality, finance, fashion, and law. Ashley realized that connecting with and helping people regularly was what made her happy.

Before working at Crimmins, Ashley was the Communications Director at Woodway Country Club in Darien, CT, where her primary responsibility was to lead the development and implementation of communications and marketing strategies and programs. Ashley oversaw Club Communications and ensured they represented the Club’s culture and brand.

In her free time, Ashley can be found cooking and baking, walking her two beautiful girls, Michaela and Charlie (Labrador Retrievers), planning fun events for family and friends, and reading historical fiction.
